In Elysian

I made this drawing quite a while ago and it's one of the few pieces I acutally like and am proud of!

The medium in this case is gouch, or poster color as some call it. I was experimenting with a new paper I had bought at the time and liked how it performed in comparison to the water color paper I used before. However it crinkles a lot more easily so the wrinkle you see on her dress is actually from the paper The hair is my favourite part since I spent a lot of time trying to make it look anime like and had to study images of the SuperS animanga to get the style right. The background was also from studying animanga images of Elysian (all hail my friend who sold me the animanga during high school!).
